Registration and VAT
There is no company here to register, and none of these apply: no commercial register entry, no trade register number, no VAT identification number. Appray is written and published by one person rather than by a business.
Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC asks for a register entry and a VAT number where they exist. Saying plainly that they do not is the honest form of that answer, and inventing either would be worse than the gap.

The app
Appray, App Store ID 6771850795. It is distributed through Apple's App Store, and anything obtained there is a transaction with Apple rather than with us: Apple is the seller, takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles refunds.
Under the EU Digital Services Act, Apple verifies and publishes trader contact details on the App Store product page. The details it shows are the ones above.
Which law applies
The Terms of Use set out the governing law and where a consumer dispute can go. The Privacy Policy covers personal data and the supervisory authority.
